We were first time home buyers and were also new to Cincinnati, so we had a lot to learn about the home buying process and about the city in general. Dana was extremely patient with us and always made sure she was answering all of our many questions, and that we felt comfortable with where we were in the process.
We were buying in a pretty competitive/fast paced market, and Dana was a shark- she knew about a ton of listings before they hit the market and worked tirelessly to scope out potential homes; we were the first people to see multiple listings. She really did a great job walking the line of making us feel comfortable/not pressured and making sure we were well positioned to get a house we' d be happy with. When it came time to make an offer, Dana made sure we understood everything and worked with us through weekday nights/ weekends to give us an edge. She really will work nonstop for you and move her schedule around if necessary- I always felt like I could reach out to her.
She also stuck with us closely between when our offer was accepted and closing; she was worked very closely with our lender to make sure everything was in order, and she even came to our home inspection. She also gave us a checklist with dates to make sure we had everything submitted on time. She really made sure we knew what we had to do, which was much appreciated as it can definitely be overwhelming.

I really cannot say enough good things about working with Dana. My husband and I were first time home buyers and very inexperienced with the entire process. Dana was patient and helpful in answering all of our questions and showing us an ample amount of homes. Most of our showings were scheduled on short notice due to the fast pace of the current market with houses being under contract within the first day but this was never an issue for us. Dana was always available and usually contacting us first to let us know something had come on the market within the last few minutes and that we could schedule a showing that day if interested. Sometimes she was able to get us into houses before they were on the market as well. We had quit the experience of being outbid above asking on some homes we loved but she was supportive through the entire experience and stuck with us until we found our house. Some places I needed to walk through again or stand inside trying to visualize for a while and she was always patient with me during these times as well.
We were looking in the Hyde Park, Oakley, Mt. Lookout, and Columbia-Tusculum areas and found our new home in Oakley. Dana is very knowledge of the area and well connected with other house related professionals. If you are looking to move in the Cincinnati area, we highly recommend working with Dana. I highly recommend Dana for anyone looking for a home in the east side of Cincinnati (Hyde Park, Oakley, Pleasant Ridge, Mariemont, etc.). As a first time home buyer, I appreciated how she went out of her way to explain the process, help us find an inspector and mortgage broker, and offer helpful advice in general.
Based on our requirements, she narrowed down our search to homes in a reasonable price range (Fairfax too cheap, Hyde Park too expensive) so we weren't looking at too many houses we had no chance of buying. She helped us realize a home we were initially interested in would not be a great fit in the long run, and we are glad we ended up in the house we bought instead. She even continues to be responsive two weeks after we moved in.

We met with Dana after listing our house for sale by owner on Zillow and receiving very little interest. Rather than list immediately through her vast array of marketing channels, she advised us to make some improvements in order to better suit potential buyers. After a few weeks, we listed on a Thursday, had an open house on Sunday, and had an offer that Sunday night only a small amount under our asking price.
